Envínate (Wine Yourself) has turned into a unicorn winery, producing wines people talk and read about but never can find or buy. The gang of four friends behind these bottles met while studying enology in Alicante, Spain. After graduating, they formed a wine consulting business to find lost, old vineyards and indigenous grapes to start producing wines from these sites and grapes. With a shared passion for organic farming, natural vinification, and the salty, sea-influenced wine growing regions of Spain they got to work. The wines are in high demand but very little is produced so grab them while you can!
An intense palate of cranberries, sour cherries and raspberries layered with basil and fresh herbs (medium body) The intense aromas of fresh red fruit stand out, with notes of flowers and fresh grass – It’s like a walk in the country. Drink now-2024
Serving tip – this wine tastes best if you drink it slightly below room temperature. It’s an utterly beguiling Spanish red and pairs well with juicy burgers or slow roasted pork. Serve lightly chilled and savour amongst friends.
