Fattoria al Flore is a small winery in Miyagi prefecture. Established in 2015 the winery is run by Husband and wife team Hirotaka and Reina Meguro. Every year they produce around 15,000 bottles and each label is dyed using persimmon fruit and is numbered by hand.
Crisp and crunchy, sour cherry, pepper and fennel to taste. Salty minerality. This is such an epic and delicious wine to drink. Crazy stuff!
