The Domaine is one of the most renowned in the area. Since recovering the family vineyard Christian and Fabien have quickly attained international acclaim and their wines are hailed for their depth and quality. Biodynamic practices are used throughout.
Scents of peony, iris with ripe peach of pungent hints of nettle and white currant in the nose. Great intensity of flavour yet at the same time a greater scent of lift and refinement. Suggestively sweet notes of candied citrus rind and crystallized ginger; a bitter note of huckleberry and saline.
Pairs well with pork, salmon, shellfish, and creamy soft cheese.
